My journey into yoga began through dance at the Broadway Dance Center, which eventually led me to the practice that would inspire me to teach. I received my yoga certification in 2009 from the Integral Yoga Institute and have since provided therapeutic yoga instruction to my private massage clients. Today, I offer personalized yoga sessions designed to enhance the benefits of therapeutic massage, creating a holistic approach to wellness.

Continual Learning and Growth
To ensure I offer the best possible instruction, I maintain a dedicated personal practice and regularly attend workshops with Jivamukti Certified Instructors from around the world. This ongoing education allows me to bring fresh insights and techniques to my clients, ensuring that each session is both effective and enriching.
