At BCMT she trained extensively with respected educators, including Clint Chandler and Andrew Biel, author of Trail Guide to the Body. A lifelong advocate for the healing power of touch, Krystal has built a career that bridges clinical massage therapy, somatic bodywork, polyvagal-informed practice, and massage education.
Krystal holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences and served as Director of the Massage Therapy Program at Pacific College of Health and Science from 2023–2025. During her tenure, she taught key courses such as Public Safety, Myology of Postural Alignment, Western Massage II, Western Massage III, and Shiatsu. She also worked as a clinic supervisor, guiding massage students through hands-on clinical practice both on campus and at offsite internships, including the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. Her leadership helped strengthen curriculum standards, clinical training, and professional development for emerging massage therapists.
Today, Krystal runs a thriving private practice in New York City and is the founder of Bhutika (www.bhutika.com), a space dedicated to advanced therapeutic massage, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and the continuing education of professional massage therapists. Bhutika serves as both a sanctuary for client healing and a hub for therapists seeking high-quality CEU training, professional growth, and inspiration in their craft. Clients often seek Krystal’s work for polyvagal massage, trauma-informed massage, holistic healing, and somatic therapy in NYC.
Krystal holds numerous professional certifications, including NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association), Ohashiatsu, Yoga, First Aid, CPR, and many additional modalities available upon request. She is also certified by NYS and NCBTMB to teach MAPP: Manual Activation of Polyvagal Theory, her original CEU program designed for massage therapists who want to integrate polyvagal principles, vagus nerve support, and nervous system regulation into their clinical work.
With more than 25 years of experience, Krystal is recognized for her integrative approach to massage therapy, combining clinical skill, somatic awareness, trauma-informed principles, and holistic healing. She continues to support clients seeking deep therapeutic restoration and to educate massage therapists looking to elevate their practice through advanced training and embodied learning.

Dalmar Nation

I’m Dalmar “OBU MANJALO” Nation, an intuitive healer and massage therapy practitioner specializing in Usui Reiki and therapeutic bodywork. My work is rooted in formal massage
therapy training, with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and energy systems, allowing me to approach the body in a practical, informed, and intentional way.
During sessions, I assess muscle tension, holding patterns, and areas of energetic imbalance, using a combination of Usui Reiki palm techniques, sacred symbols, and massage therapy
principles such as circulation support, soft tissue release, and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help the body shift out of stress and back toward balance.
I work with clear intention, proper pressure, and steady pacing, always staying within professional scope and encouraging open communication so sessions are tailored to what the client actually needs that day. I also guide clients to stay present through breath and awareness, making the work more effective and supportive.
Clients often leave sessions feeling more relaxed, lighter in their body, and clearer mentally, with a better sense of how their body holds stress. My approach is straightforward, integrative, and focused on supporting overall wellness.
